1. Think of your relationships with fellow believers. Are there any where you struggle to "agree in the Lord" or "be of the same mind"? What first step can you take to move beyond that struggle?

2. Think of your relationship with the Lord. When are the times that you struggle to "rejoice in the Lord"? If you notice a pattern in this, what is it? What first step can you take to move beyond that struggle?

3. Write down a "prayer and supplication with thanksgiving" that relates to any anxiety you experience.

4. What can you actively do to practice thinking about things that fall under the description in Philippians 4:8-9?

5. How can the gospel of Christ encourage you as you go through times of anxiety? How can the gospel of Christ sustain you in times of anxiety?
