“Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, … standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel” Philippians 1:27 We will be discussing some of our false thinking in three common areas of life: personal failure and regret, fear and anxiety, and relationships with others. After identifying our wrong ideas, we will look at Paul’s example of biblical thinking regarding these areas from the book of Philippians. Our aim is to bolster our belief that Christ is our trustworthy Redeemer and our most valuable treasure, and so to increase our confidence in Him, peace in our circumstances, and love for others.
