Carpet is coming. God is kind. We need to get busy.
Our main goal for the evening is to clear out and prepare all the areas of the church that will be carpeted from Feb 14-16. This includes the offices, the second floor landings, and many of the second floor Sunday school rooms. This work will be fun and quite manageable with a good turnout. Our tasks will include:
* Moving furniture out of all the rooms
* Tearing up carpet in some of the rooms
* Painting three of the smaller rooms
Wear grubby clothes and show up on the 13th. Please bring the following tools, if you have them: razor knife, hammer, flathead screwdriver, crowbar, and work gloves. Any painting supplies will be provided.
A pizza dinner will be provided.
